This article covers password resetting for customers who do not use SSO (Single Sign-On) to log in to Mazepay. If you normally use SSO to log in to Mazepay and want to reset your password, please follow the instructions provided by your authentication provider or contact your internal IT support.
Steps to reset your Mazepay account password:
Go to the Mazepay login page (app.mazepay.com).
Enter your registered company email address.
Click 'CONTINUE'.
Click 'RESET PASSWORD'.
Click 'RESET .
If the email exists, you will receive an email from Mazepay with instructions to reset your password. In the email, click on 'SET NEW PASSWORD', redirecting you to Mazepay to choose a new password.
Pro tip
Ensure you choose a strong password that you haven't used before. The password should include:
upper- and lower-case letters
numbers
special characters
When you finish entering your new password, confirm it by clicking 'SET PASSWORD'.
Now you can log in to Mazepay using your newly set password.
