A user's account is locked after three unsuccessful log-in attempts. For security reasons, this information will not be displayed on the login page.
When your Mazepay account is locked, you will receive an email with instructions on unlocking your user again. In this email, click on 'UNLOCK' to unlock your account.
If this solution doesn't work, please reach out to Mazepay Support.

Unlocking your Mazepay account is only relevant for users without SSO (Single Sign-On) login.
